The house should be shoot-ready when the photographer arrives
ASSIST2SELL and their media team look forward to taking photos of your home!
We all would like the photos of your home to be the best they can be. This requires teamwork and cooperation that will result in an outstanding online presence when your home goes LIVE on the market.
When the photographer arrives to take photos of your property, we ask that all staging and cleaning be done prior to their arrival. To efficiently maintain their busy schedule and deliver the level of service the photographer's clients expect, they can not spend unnecessary time at the home waiting for it to be cleaned, dusted, de-cluttered, etc.
Please review these tips on preparing your home for real estate photography and have ready prior to the photographer's arrival.
Remove cars and trash cans from the driveway and from the front of home.
Please have all furniture moved and in place prior to photographer's arrival
Please make beds, clean, dust or de-clutter
Please pick up toys and yard items
Please have personal bathroom supplies (shampoo, toothbrushes, deodorant, towels) put away
Please have all window coverings and blinds open and all interior lights on
Pets are loving, but their presence should be minimized -
- Place food and water bowls in pantry or closet
- Place pet beds/toys in pantry or closet
- Use lint roller on furniture to remove pet hair
- Contain pets in hidden crate or outside
- Clear back yard of pet waste/toys
The photographer usually will not take photos of inside closets or inside the garage.
